Lawns and garden look well maintained (thank you). Stairs appear to be in good working condition.
Deck is in good condition. Reminder for me (landlord) to reseal the deck in 6 months time. I’ll assess again at next inspection.

Might be a minor leak near the bathroom sink.
Clean and tidy.
Few scuffs on skirtings but is general wear and tear. Smoke alarm checked and working.
