Ring hardwired doorbell not working. Likely due to underpowered transformer not being upgraded when camera doorbell was installed

🔴 Highly recommend adding a lockbox with backup keys. If the electronic deadbolt fails, tenants will not be able to get in. Having a lockbox outside as a backup with keys will prevent them from total lockout.
Not able to access the exterior closet with water heater. Could not find keys

Slider door missing 4 slats(blinds). Slider door locking issues (see video). Was able to lock but guests may have issues. Guests may have privacy issues with missing blind slats.
Smoke alarm was removed. 2023 manufacturing date. Still usable. Will ad battery, reinstall, and test.

Fan and light would not turn on. Further diagnosis needed to see if power is going to fan.

Due to the issue with the slider door latch not properly locking, I recommend replacing the key-required deadbolt on the door with a standard deadbolt so tenants can use the store instead of all the steps required to operate the slider door.

Sink is leaking. See video. Crack inside sink that goes all the way through and will actively leak if the sink bowl is filled with water. Will not leak if the faucet is simply just running.

Dryer vent bent and dirty area. May not be a problem but worth noting.

Odor coming from this area. Musty smell like the carpet was wet. Would recommend removing all unnecessary items from here.
No key found to operate this door lock.
This is the doorbell transformer, and that kind of transformer only has enough power to operate a standard doorbell. Once adding a ring camera doorbell. It will blow this transformer, which is likely why the ring doorbell is not working. 
No key found for closet door.

Missing bulb. The other three bulbs are not the right type and are not bright enough. I’d recommend replacing all four.

Recommend removing what looks like a doggie pad under the sink. Will likely absorb drips and begin to smell.
Recommend caulking this area with a waterproof silicone caulk because water may drip under a tile and behind the drywall and get the wall and baseboard wet.
