How do condition checklists work?
You work through each area of the property item by item, recording a condition for each one. Mark an item No Issues or Requires Attention, add a note, and attach a photo where it helps. The areas you don't inspect simply don't appear in the report.
Can I customize the checklists?
Of course! You can build them on the fly while inspecting, or you can build and reuse your checklists via your inspection templates.
Do photos attach to individual areas?
Yes. Photos and video attach to the area you're inspecting (e.g. Bathroom), so in the report the evidence sits with that area, alongside your notes and its checklist.
Do the results go straight into the report?
