  2.  Click the property layout menu button [ ⋮ ] for the property you want to save as a template.

Using Your Property Template

When adding a new property, you can select a template from the ‘Use Template’ dropdown. The system will automatically apply the layout and checklists, saving you time and ensuring consistency.

Tips for Maximising Property Templates

  • Think Ahead: Consider the most common layouts you inspect and build templates for them.
  • Update as Needed: Your templates aren’t set in stone. You can edit them anytime to improve efficiency or meet changing requirements.
  • Stay Organised: Use clear, descriptive names for your templates to avoid confusion.

Why Use Property Templates?

  • Save time setting up new properties.
  • Ensure inspections follow a standardised process.
  • Reduce errors and inconsistencies in reporting.
