Each property now has a handy Notes feature. Use Notes to record lock box codes, access details, and anything else your team should know. Notes can be edited both in the web or the app from your property page, and they are kept handy when you run your inspections for easy reference.
Notes never appear on a report.
Notes are also in the app from v1.11.11. Update from the App Store or Google Play.

Each property now has a Documents section, where you can upload any helpful paperwork for storage. It's a great place to upload any past inspections for your properties, leases, certificates, or even manuals. You can use them now from your dashboard on any property page.
