Can I build a different inspection template for each job I take on?
Yes. Keep one inspection template per job type you run, each with the areas you work through in the order you walk them and your checklist for every area. Pick the right one when you arrive and the app guides you through it.
Can I add instructions to my inspection templates?
Yes. Any area can carry instructions, so the detail you'd otherwise have to remember (or explain to a new inspector) sits right there on site. You decide which areas are required and which are flexible.
How do clients sign?
Two ways. Anyone on site can sign on your device the moment you finish. Otherwise you share a secure link and they sign later in their own browser, on any device. No account, no app download.
What if I have other inspectors working with me?
The Manager plan includes up to 3 seats and the Team plan is unlimited, with no per-seat fees. Invite an inspector by email, choose what they can see, and assign them their jobs. Your inspection templates mean they work to your standard from the first job.
