Do I have to build a template before I start?

Can I capture photos and video during the inspection?
Yes. Snap photos and record video as you walk the property, attach them to the right room, and mark them up on the spot.
How do condition checklists work?
Work through each area item by item (taps, windows, flooring), recording a condition and a note for each. The areas you don't inspect simply don't appear in the report.
Can I mark up a photo to point out damage?
Yes. Draw straight onto the image (circle a crack, add an arrow) and it appears in the report exactly as you marked it.
Can I reuse a property's layout?
