v1.11.0 Photos and video, reworked

A big update to how you handle photos and video, plus a steadier app all round. Move media between rooms, or bulk move and delete in the room gallery.

What's changed

- Move a photo or video to another room or area, right from where you're viewing it.
- Bulk move and bulk delete in the room gallery, plus a lot of polish: swipe between media with a scrollable thumbnail strip, and hold and drag to reorder.
- If a room's condition checklist still has unrated items, we'll flag them and guide you straight there, so nothing gets left pending.
- Smoother performance on rooms with lots of photos and videos.
- Extra upload recovery smarts, so the odd photo or video that wouldn't go through before now does.

Today we are tweaking our free plan from 8 inspections a year to 5 inspections a year. Inspections are counted over the trailing 12 months. New PDF reports and custom reports

Our new PDF reports and Custom reports are out of Beta and live for everyone. You get more customization, a fresh cover page, your brand all the way through, and fewer pages. What's new - A live preview of your PDF cover and digital report updates as you edit, and View live report opens your latest inspection with your changes applied - 2 cover styles, Bold and Classic, for your PDF report. The web dashboard on Free plan, and a new inspection limit

The Free plan now includes the full web dashboard. Free accounts used to be pointed to the app. Now they can: • Manage your properties and inspections from your computer • Make changes to a finished inspection • Import properties in bulk • Export PDF reports in bulk The Free plan now includes 5 inspections every 12 months, down from 8.
