We've just launched several new features making it more streamlined to share your inspection reports and keep a paper trail.
What's changed
- When someone needs to sign a report, you can add their email and we'll send them a nice email w/ a instructions to review and sign your inspection report.
- If you'd like to share a report with someone, but they are not necessarily signing, you can add their email address and similarly we'll send them a link to view your inspeciton report.
- There is a new QR code that you can share with someone in person to give them immediate access to your report
In addition, there are some nice quality-of-life improvements cooked into this update, like for example, if you had a typo in an email you added and it bounces, we'll notify you to correct it. Also, we keep a simple papertrail of all emails we send (we sent them and to whom), so you have a record and a reminder.
How to get it
Updates are already live in your digital inspection reports in the browser. Go check them out!
Update to 1.11.5 from the App Store or Google Play to get a similar sharing features in the app.
