We’ve updated our inspection frequency controls to give you full flexibility. You can now customise your schedule and reminders to suit your needs.
Here is whats changed:
- Moved from 5 preset intervals (3, 4, 6, 9 months, annually) to fully customisable frequencies. You can set inspections to repeat anytime from daily to every 30 years.
- Added web controls to set default frequencies and reminder windows for your entire portfolio.
- Notification lead time (previously fixed at 14 days) is now adjustable. Choose options from 3, 5, 7, 14 and 21 days before the next inspection.
- Set a new account-wide customisable default frequency and reminder window.
