How to brand your reports
Branding puts your business on every report you send. Your logo, brand color, company name, phone, and email replace the myInspections branding on the digital report and the PDF.
Add your branding
- Sign in on the web. Head to myinspections.com and sign in. Branding is set up from the web dashboard.
- Open Custom reports. You'll find it in the sidebar.
- Add your company name. Under Branding, type your business name as you want clients to see it.
- Upload your logo. Your logo sits on white, so a full-color or dark version works best. It's optional: without one, your reports still carry your name, contact details, and color.
- Pick your brand color. Once your logo is uploaded, select Extract from logo to use your logo's color, or choose any color you like. Select Reset to go back to the default.
- Add your contact details. Your phone and email are optional, and appear next to your company name.
There's no save button. Every change saves as you go, and the preview beside the settings shows your cover and digital report as your clients will see them.
Where your branding appears
- The PDF. Your logo, company name, phone, and email on the cover, your color on the cover and accents, and your company name at the foot of every page.
- The digital report. Your logo and contact details across the top, with your color on the report's accents.
Your branding applies to every report from your portfolio, whoever runs the inspection. Admins and teammates can change it; inspectors can't.
Which plans include branded reports
Branded reports are on the Plus plan and above. On other plans, turn on Try your branding in Custom reports to see how your branding would look. Your real reports keep the myInspections branding until you upgrade. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial.
