NSPIRE checklists

We've built a new flow for running NSPIRE inspections. They are catered specifically for U.S. Affordable Housing providers. If they apply to you, we think you'll be very happy to know about our first-class support for them!

  • Every NSPIRE standard is an area, and every deficiency is a one-tap answer with its location and severity. Skip any area that doesn't apply by marking it N/A.
  • Get started with our NSPIRE inspection checklist template.
  • It's an early release, so expect changes, and we'd love your feedback.
  • If you're an affordable housing provider, reach out at hello@myinspections.com and we'd love to walk you through it.

NSPIRE checklists are in the app from v1.11.12. Update from the App Store or Google Play.

Happy inspecting!

Property notes

Each property now has a handy Notes feature. Use Notes to record lock box codes, access details, and anything else your team should know. Notes can be edited both in the web or the app from your property page, and they are kept handy when you run your inspections for easy reference. Notes never appear on a report. Learn more. Notes are also in the app from v1.11.11. Update from the App Store or Google Play. Happy inspecting!

Property contacts

Each property now has Contacts. A great tool for recording your tenants, owners, and clients for a specific property. Your property Contacts can be added in the web or the app from your propery page. Contacts key highlights: • They are presented to you when you add others to your reports. • They can also be used simply as a reference, never to be used in your reports, and always handy for quick reference by your team when running inspections • Lastly, anytime you add a new person to one of...
