We have introduced a new "beta" flow that streamlines the wrap-up steps of your inspection. This allows both you (and anyone else present) to e-sign and review your reports inside the myInspections app.
We've done a quite large overhaul of the process end-to-end for a number of our common use cases, and I think you'll be very pleased with the overall experience.
To enable it, in the myInspections app navigate to your Settings (top right) > Beta features.
Available today in your app stores as version 1.10.2.
